Inter Arma received and translated: Today, Friday, an application for the suspension of the sentence’s restrictive conditions was filled at the court of Thessaloniki, concerning the 5.000 euro bail demanded for release. The application was filled by the comrade at the secretariat of Korydallos prison based on his hunger strike and date for the relevant trial and discussion is expected. The comrade is being hospitalized in the General Hospital of Tzanio since Friday (17/04) evening. He continues undismayed his struggle for his release and remains mentally and morally strong. A further update on his health condition will follow in the comming hours.
